This week I had the pleasure of photographing artist Karen Woods at work. She is everything you would want an artist to be and it was a pleasure to watch her work.

At this time of year Karen is busy hand painting illustrations on shops for their winter and Christmas windows.

In Buxton Karen is known as ‘Mrs Windows’ as she uses her artistic talents and her love of story telling and folk tails to paint on the shop windows and transform the town.
